      We ship Monday to Friday, From our Gold Coast AUS Warehouse. 

      We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK (excluding Ireland), Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, PNG, Qatar, Taiwan, and Thailand. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships—check your spam folder and make sure your email is correct. 

       

      Returns are accepted within 10 days in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact; store credit is issued unless the item is faulty.

      NDIS And Purchase Orders

      If you wish to request an invoice, click the button below and complete the required information.

      We will email you an invoice for your records. If you intend to seek NDIS funding, you are responsible for submitting the invoice to your plan manager for consideration.

      Once payment has been received, orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
