At My Sensory Space, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• the item is unused and in its original condition;
• all original packaging, tags and accessories are included;
• proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return postage for change of mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your approved refund, exchange or store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assist.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may ask for photographs or other information to help assess the problem.

Where a product has a major failure, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product has a minor failure, we may choose to repair, replace or refund the item, as permitted under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, your rights will depend on whether the failure is major or minor.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item.

Include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue;
• photographs where applicable.
